IT GYALz @ the Grammys plus One
Man, I actually enjoyed last nights award show
( at least a decent portion of it).
Anyone who knows me, knows I’m THE BIGGEST Amy Winehouse FANATIC!! I LOved, LoVed, LOVED her performance. Never let it be said that that girl doesnt know how to get down. As dysfunctional as her habits have been - I couldn’t help but love her shouting out “to my Blake, my Blake incarcerated..”. Sometimes there’s no explaing it…
Besides Amy, Rihanna’s performance with The Time was PRICELESS!! I used to love the The Time when I was younger and as before they delivered!! Seeing Morris Day and Jerome (mirror and all) had me on my feet doing the damn thing - getting down wit da get down! Ri-Ri’s outfits from Red Carpet to onstage gear, truly was just the *ish! Her haircut is the businezz!
But the part that got me choked up was Kanye…..Damn that boy.The Stonger performance -was a fabulous visually…Then came his song to his mama, ohhhh weee, why did I have tears in my eyes. As hard as it was to watch, I couldn’t begin to imgaine what he was going through having perfomed it.
Although his acceptance speech was a lil long winded, I loved it when he let the orchestra know that “it would be in good taste, to stop playing ..” while he said a few words in regards to his mom…

beyonce, really needs to stop the fuckery! how you gonna sing with Tina Turner, a legend in the business and try to out sing her? that don’t make no sense at all? i was hoping that tina would have swung one on her and acted like it was an accident. Beyonce really needs to lay low for like a year, the world is tired of her and the pure fuckery that comes with her.
Kanye…well i was never a fan, but his performance was indeed off the hook and i’m sure that his mommy was looking down and very proud of him. RIP Donda West
Any Whinehouse…though i have lost some respect for her and all of this crackhead behavoir she is going on with…i am proud of her performance, that shit was da hotness. Now hurry up and get better so that you can put out another album.
