          You know what, give me a damn break.

• Everyone (for the most part) loves where their from and reps it to the fullest.  Cant stand folk who come to NYC (for whatever reason) and talk shit about being fed up with hearing NYers reppin boroughs.  That’s what we do, folks. Like everywhere else, we rep and rep HARD! You don’t like it - fall off the curn and kick rocks. Pssst…Guess what, I’m from BROOKLYN biatch! FLATBUSH/PARK SLOPE!! Now what. It doesn’t make me cocky, arrogant, unintelligent, etc. etc. It simply makes me a proud NYer.  It’s the same mentality of D.C people, L.A (i.e WESTSIDE!!), ATL, and a host of other places. We are who we are, either you’re going to love us or you’re going to hate us. But don’t come to NY, reap the benefits of what our city has to offer and then bad mouth it. Tres uncouth, lol
• Tired of people with very decent jobs, complaing about “not making enough” and being unhappy about where they are. This the job and environment you chose to work, fool! Now you making good money and still complainin? STFU!! Do you know there is a recession going on? Do you know the price for EVERYTHING, including dental floss, tooth paste and Palmers Shea butter from Ralphs has gone up in price? Let me not get into the cost of gas; a girl can’t even fill up her momma’s SVU tank without going broke! STFU, because I can’t stand listenin to your madness!!
• FED UP with self -entitled/self-envolved people. I am a good listener, yes, HOWEVER, do you not think I have my own issues,problems, life events going on?
• Tired of people asking for favors, advice, money…How about you give me some?
• Can’t stand people on the train who step of your foot and then look at you like you fucked up. Huh? Can’t stand the expectaion of the middle aged men & women (especially women) who feel like if they give a loud exaggerted sigh I’m going to give up my seat and stand. Hell to the No. Do you have any idea how many stops before I reach my destination? You mad?  I just work some HARD laborous hours for whitey, and I’m not giving up this seat for anything and/or anyone!
• Weary with black folk blaming everything on “The Man”. NO! How about you taking some internal stock and realize that there are opportunities for you and you just have to seek them out. You have only yourself to blame for being on that corner hustlin and hiding that crack between the telephone and the light post. Go to trade school, get a skill, go to a speech class.
• Tired of THE wrong men professing “ like”… Brutha, I am tired. Too tired to shoo you away, too tired to put up a fight, too tired to ask you if I look like the kinda girl who like men with gold teef, baggy pants and all theother no-no’s. I bedg of you, please, just push me infront of a car instead.
• Tired of going to the gym and seeing all these nasty heffas take off their sweaty clothes and sit ass-directly onto the bench while dressing. I mean, if you don’t want to get that stench off of you, fine by me, BUT that ass-to bench thing is out-fucking-rageous. Other people have to use this space, you know!!
